A Top-Notch Rate Negotiator .

Paul has looked after me for several years and is always able to find the best rates for me. With my latest refinance I chose a bank that didn't quite have the lowest interest rate but had other products I required. He was still then able to negotiate the rates down to match that of the cheaper bank.
