Paul and Carrie were exceptional with both my refinancing and new mortgage application. Their process was clear, professional and turned around quickly. I found them to be more transparent and much easier to engage with then other brokers. I highly recommend Pollux Financial and wouldn't use anyone else!

Responsive, honest and patient with first home buyers. Paul was great to deal with as a first home buyer. He always got back to me quickly, even with last-minute questions, and he gave me honest advice. He explained everything properly, so I never felt lost in the process. Would definitely recommend him.
